How the HA Works
If you are recruiting new hires you will need the HA. This psychometric instrument is built around a "lie detector", so enables you to greatly increase your hiring success rate. It is designed to evaluate a candidate's suitability for the job. Suitability measures the candidate's attitudes, motivations, interpersonal and decision-making skills, task and work environment preferences, as well as personality profile. It gives you easy to read reports with specific recommendations on suitability.
The HA integrates six key behavioural measures into one comprehensive assessment:
- Values Inventory
- Interest Inventory
- Task Preferences Inventory
- Personal Honesty Assessment
- Work Environment Preferences
- Personality/Motivation Assessment.
Through extensive research and application HA has developed 50 valid job "templates" (based on 8 areas of employment). However you may wish to ask MDS to design a specific job template for a specific position which your company has created.

Taking the HA
The HA is taken online and takes about 30 minutes to complete. It produces a large volume of data which is far richer than results produced by similar instruments. Specifically the HA measures more than 80 traits which are key to assessing a person's suitability for a job vacancy.

HA Accreditation
MDS is an authorised distributor for the HA . We provide a centre of excellence for the HA in Hong Kong and Beijing and can arrange an Certification programme for you on an "as needed" basis. This is a one day programme. Once you become an accredited HA practitioner you are authorised to purchase HA reports at wholesale prices.
