Job Description:
We need a confident, experienced business consultant to join our small sales team.
This is an exciting sales opportunity, with a large territory. You will manage key accounts and expand the business into new areas.
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop existing accounts
Open up new business opportunities
Write customized, high quality proposals
Negotiate and agree contracts
Achieve a sales quota

Fast learner
Confident and effective communicator

Optimistic and persistent in winning sales
Proficiency in English and Chinese
Experience and Education:
Minimum 5 years work experience
Significant track record in sales
University degree holder
Track record with multinational businesses

Job Description:
We need confident, experienced senior consultants to join our small team delivering training and coaching assignments in the leadership and management development field.
Full time or associate positions are available in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai.
Person specification:
- 3 years' experience as a management trainer or coach
- 10 year track record as a manager (in any field)
- Accreditation in the MBTI® and LEA 360™ instruments (or willingness to become accredited)
- Degree holder, preferably with an MBA or similar Masters degree
- Proficiency in English and/or Chinese
- Very good presentation skills
- Self-motivated and outgoing
- Able to work independently
- Willingness to travel
