Having spent 25 years in the HR field in the UK and in Hong Kong Liz has gained extensive experience as a generalist and then as an Learning and Development specialist. During her corporate career with the Economist Group she was involved in the launch, growth and management of businesses in Hong Kong, London, Delhi, Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore, Brussels, and Vienna. She also coached the senior management team during a period of business expansion and helped restructure resources in the in the Group’s largest business in Asia.
As an executive coach Liz’s main area of expertise is working with executives who want to accelerate their leadership development. She is also a very experienced career management consultant and outplacement coach and carries out extensive online coaching assignments around the Region.
