Online 360 is a highly effective means of obtaining observer feedback on the performance of your managers in the workplace. The MDS Online 360 allows MDS to collect assessment data from your managers and their observers. The assessment then presents data in user friendly reports. These reports help you create development plans for individual leaders or for groups of managers. This data is very persuasive. It helps managers accept that others have noted areas for development.


The MDS Online 360 gives you total flexibility to design questionnaires which exactly fit your company's competencies or values.


There are 3 preparation steps:

  1. Tell MDS what competencies you wish to assess. (If you are not sure about competencies, ask us for advice)
  2. MDS will create questions which measure those competencies
  3. Give us the e-mail address of the managers you want to nominate as candidates for this assessment, plus e-mail addresses of people you nominate as observers. Each candidate will need 1 boss, at least 2 peer group members, and at least 3 direct reports as observers.


MDS will then do the rest. The Online assessment is automatic and confidential. It is serviced by an independent server monitored by an MDS administrator. Observers can therefore be assured of anonymity. The scores from peer group observers are averaged out – likewise the scores from direct reports.
